About the Mocha Stripe 3-Piece Breakfast Set

Earthy and chic, the 3-piece breakfast set is a favorite go-to anytime of day! The mug and bowl start as raw clay shaped by the hands of the artisan on a pottery wheel, trimmed, stamped, waxed and glazed before being high-fired to a strong, permanent finish. The mocha stripe pattern on the exterior reveals the natural, warm brown color of the clay between each stripe. With a purposely askew shape, a coordinating 7" plate emphasizes the rustic handmade aspect and rounds out the set. 
The mug and bowl each hold approximately 16 ounces (2 cups). All pieces are lead-free, microwave safe, oven safe, and dishwasher safe. Made in Maine with a handmade quality that makes the meal special!

Note: Pottery is safe for the oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, but should not be used with a direct flame or on a stove-top. As with all pottery, stoneware should not be placed in a refrigerator when the surface is hot, placed under water when hot, or in a stove/microwave when chilled. Always begin from room temperature or close to room temperature.
