About the Contemporary Twist Salad Bowl
Salads taste better with a dash of sculptural flair! Handcrafted by the Canadian artisans of Hilborn Pottery, the large salad bowl is built with substantial slabs of stoneware clay, folded and twisted to achieve a solid, flowing form. A decorative leaf border and an exquisite glaze of stone-grey and glossy white completes the look. The high-fired bowl is lead-free and safe for microwave, oven and dishwasher use.

Note: Ceramic stoneware is safe for the oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, but should not be used with a direct flame or on a stove-top. As with all pottery, the baker should not be placed in a refrigerator or under water when the surface is hot or in a stove/microwave when chilled. Always begin from room temperature or close to room temperature.
