About the Modernist Pewter Cubist Neutral Pendant
Inspired by modernist architecture and mid-century art movements, Canadian jewelry artist Sonia Ferland creates wonderful, affordable works of wearable art with contemporary appeal. With influences of Cubism and De Stijl art movements, as well as Montreal's landmark Habitat building, the cubist pendant is cast in solid pewter and accented with resin blocks in neutral white, black, and bronze colors. Pendant measures 1.25" high and includes a stainless steel snake chain of 18". Artist designed and made in Quebec, Canada.

- What is pewter? Pewter is a white metal alloy consisting of tin with small amounts of antimony and copper. Frequently used for kitchenware and jewelry, pewter is completely lead-free, doesn't tarnish, and requires very little care.
