About the Purple Petunia Cascade Necklace
Renowned for bountiful blooms, petunias are beloved by home gardeners around the world. Cascading from bronze leaves, an eye-catching formation of artisan-glass petunia blossoms elegantly drape upon the neckline with timeless elegance.
Crafted in Connecticut, the metal foliage is solid high-quality bronze cast using the centuries-old 'lost wax method' from the artist's original sculpture and provided with a hand-finished patina of green. Glass portions are kiln-fired and cast by hand, in tasteful tones of purple with slight variations that reflect the variant beauty of nature. The flower cascade measures approx. 2.25" wide, affixed to an adjustable brass chain plated with 24K gold. Earrings and Brooch also available as part of this collection (see below).
Please note: Because the artisan glass is hand-cast, small variations are to be expected and adds unique artistic character.
