About the Earthy Green Mushroom Mug
Hand-built from stoneware clay and high-fired to a strong, permanent finish, this mug showcases a splendid style influenced by retro designs. Each is adorned with an eye-catching mushroom carving, a soft, botanical texture and a lovely retro green glaze reminiscent of mid-century decorative arts. Perfectly functional, the durable pottery mug is lead-free, food-safe, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe. Holds approx. 10 fluid ounces. Handmade in Ohio.
Due to the handmade process, casual imperfections (slight variations in mug shape and carvings) are to be expected and add to the one-of-a-kind quality. Because this mug is built from a slab (not wheel-turned), the sides are thick and well-insulated.

Note: Ceramic stoneware is safe for oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher use, but should not be used with a direct flame or on a stove-top. Always begin from room temperature or close to room temperature.
