Returns Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may simply return it for a full refund of merchandise cost or an exchange within 30 days of receipt of your purchase (during the months of November and December, the return period is extended until January 31st)
The item must be returned in its original condition. You will be responsible for the proper packaging of the return. The product price will be refunded in full. Shipping charges are non-refundable for general returns. If you need a return label, please contact us .

In the instance of a defective/broken product or incorrect order, we will gladly replace the item free of charge or refund all costs (including shipping charges) associated with the purchase. To be eligible for full a full replacement or refund for a defective or broken item, contact us within 12 days of delivery. After 12 days, the item may be subject to our standard 30-day return policy.
In the instance of a refused or unclaimed shipment, shipping charges will not be refunded.
When will I be credited for my return?
We credit your account as soon as we process your return and receive the merchandise, generally within 1 to 3 business days following the receipt of the return. Check with your bank or credit card institution to see when they will report the credit to your account.
Shipping
We strive to ship all in-stock items in 1 business day following your order. All orders ship from North Carolina, unless otherwise noted in the product details. Most orders ship the same weekday if received by 1:30 PM EST (10:30AM PST).
Please note: some oversized or made-to-order products ship directly from the artisan's studio and will take longer to arrive. These individual items are noted in the product description.

Shipping Services:
We will use FedEx, UPS, or the USPS (US Postal Service) to deliver your order, depending on package size, delivery location, and shipping speed. Please be aware that expedited shipping is not available for APO or FPO addresses and delivery may take several days longer.
