About the Pendulum Wall Clock with Serene Mountainside Tile
A masterful marriage of intricate woodwork and ceramic art! Handcrafted in Iowa, the clock body consists of all-natural North American oak wood. The wood is inset with a ceramic clay tile portraying a serene mountainside view adapted from print artist Yoshiko Yamamoto, whose style maintains and preserves the aesthetic of the arts-and-crafts movement. Measuring 6" x 8", the distinguished tile is handmade in Michigan using traditional techniques. With a height of 17", the clock is designed to hang on a wall, but may also stand freely on a shelf when the pendulum is removed. Wood details: The clock is constructed of all-natural, hand-polished, sustainable hardwood oak and provided with a durable mineral oil finish to enhance the natural patterns of the wood. Natural oak wood may darken slightly with age.
