About the Glass Geode Centerpiece Bowl
Handcrafted in sturdy stoneware, this large-sized 14" centerpiece bowl incorporates crushed upcycled glass with clay to create a crackled geode effect (similar to the crystalized interior of stone). The crushed glass is kiln-fired with the clay, creating an eye-catching fusion of materials and a one-of-a-kind work of art. With a lustrous, earthy copper-brown blend, the pottery glaze beautifully complements the cool blue tint of the glass accent. Handcrafted in Minnesota, the stoneware bowl is lead-free and food-safe.
Note: Use with dry foods only (candy, nuts, cheese, etc) or for decorative use. Due to the use of crushed glass, the bowl is not safe for oven, microwave, or dishwasher use and should be hand-washed only.
