About the Glass Geode Catchall Dish
Handcrafted of stoneware clay, this study 7" dish incorporates crushed upcycled glass with clay to create a crackled geode effect (similar to the interior of crystalized stone). The crushed glass is kiln-fired along with the clay, creating an eye-catching fusion of materials and a one-of-a-kind work of art. With a rustic, earthy copper-brown blend, the pottery glaze beautifully complements the cool blue tint of the glass accent. Handcrafted in Minnesota, the heavyweight stoneware bowl features flared corners and is lead-free and food-safe - perfect as a candy bowl, appetizer dish, catchall, jewelry dish.
Note: Use with dry foods only (candy, nuts, cheese, etc) or for decorative use. Due to the use of crushed glass, the bowl is not safe for oven, microwave, or dishwasher use and should be hand-washed only.
