About the Copper-Green Stoneware Coffee Mug

Handcrafted in sturdy stoneware, this generously-sized 16-ounce mug could be your favorite morning companion! With a large sculpted handle and thumb rest, the mug is easily gripped by left-handed or right-handed users. The shapely slim figure allows you to use your other hand to comfortably embrace the warmth of the mug.

Crafted on the pottery wheel using high-fired stoneware clay, the coffee mug has a unique Antique Copper glaze that mimics the look of rustic, weathered copper. The lustrous, copper color is blended with earthy brown that creates an antique appearance. The stoneware pottery mug is lead-free, food-safe, and may be used in the oven, microwave, or dishwasher. Handmade in Minnesota.

Note: the glazes create the look of weathered copper - the mug is not copper.  Due to the hand-sculpted nature of this item, volume may vary slightly between 15-ounces and 16-ounces. Mugs sold separately.

As with all pottery, stoneware should not be placed in a refrigerator when the surface is hot, placed under water when hot, or in a stove/microwave when chilled.
