Stoneware is known for its even-heating properties that make baking easier, while the sleek midnight-blue color glaze coats the interior and exterior without worry of chemical non-stick coatings. The durable stoneware pottery is lead-free, non-toxic and safe to use in the oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Recommended capacity is 3 cups to allow room for cakes to rise.
