About the French Bulldog Sculpture
Sitting alert with expressive wide eyes and upright ears, this whimsical Frenchie sculpture is crafted of clay with white crackle and dark-grey glazes. Each begins life on the pottery wheel to create the base shape, adorned with a variety of hand-sculpted features to give the dog a distinctive personality. A shiny, clear glaze and two gas-fired barrel firings complete the handmade process. Measures approx. 8" tall x 5" wide. Individually made by hand in Florida.
