Made by hand in Oregon, each item is hand-painted with multiple underglazes of rich color and provided with a durable lead-free glaze that is fired to 2000 degrees for a strong, permanent finish.

Inspired by the renowned Delft styles of 16th-century Dutch ceramic artists, the Wildflower Blue motif features vibrant blue wildflowers hand-painted atop a pure white background. With its clean, glossy glaze and modern polka-dots, the design combines contemporary styling with old world charm. With a full 9.5" interior diameter (10.5" exterior diameter) x 2" deep, the versatile deep-dish pie plate is ideal for your large pastry, dessert pie, quiche, or gratin! The terra-cotta pie plate is lead-free and safe for dishwasher, oven, and microwave use.

Note: Terra Cotta pottery is safe for the oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, but should not be used with a direct flame or on a stove-top. As with all pottery, the tray should not be placed in a refrigerator when the surface is hot or in a stove/microwave when chilled. Always begin from room temperature or close to room temperature.
