Britannia Pewter: Pewter is a white metal alloy consisting of tin with small amounts of antimony and copper. Traditionally used for kitchenware and jewelry, modern Britannia pewter is completely lead-free, cadmium-free, and food-safe. Best of all, pewter is lightweight, durable, has a pleasant silver color, a soft shine, and does not tarnish. The maker's studio designs the molds and casts the barrettes in small batches to ensure the quality of each. To clean, simply wash off with mild soap and water or gently rub with a silver polishing cloth. 

Clip Style: The "Clio Clip" is a French-style clip with a strong hinged tension bar. Made of 25-gauge high carbon steel, the clip is thicker, more durable, and more reliable than standard hair clips. It is nickel free with a hypoallergenic plating, making it safer for sensitive skin.
